Global Future City Holding Inc. Announces Account Funding and Status Point Conversion Begins April 4, 2016 for Great Coin, Inc.

IRVINE, Calif., April 04, 2016 -- Global Future City Holding, Inc. (OTCQB:FTYC) (the “Company”), is pleased to announce that the initial issuance of GX-Coins and wallet funding begins on April 4, 2016 for Great Coin, Inc. (“Great Coin”).  Great Coin is the licensor of blockchain based creation and trading technology for crypto currencies, such as GX Coin. GX Coin is wholly-owned by the officers and directors of the Company.  Beginning April 4^th, account holders of Great Coin can request funding for their accounts.  Great Coin will credit the wallets for such account holders after their funding requests are processed.  Once funded, the account holders’ purchasing power will enable them to acquire and trade GX-Coins on their own timeline.  Account holders will begin to see the coins and dollar balances reflected in their accounts starting April 4th.  Members of GX-Life Global, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, have already started converting their membership points into GX-Coins from March 31st, and such members can expect the GX-Coins to be deposited in their wallets by April 12th.  The trading of GX-Coins is expected to commence late-April 2016.
